CONNECTING THE DOTS PROGRAM

• Better Future is all geared up to facilitate our next programme, Connecting the Dots, starting this Sunday, June 19, 2011. The program includes business leaders from Switzerland,Spain and the Netherlands who will work with the top management of Grameen koota to reflect on personal leadership. Connecting the Dots is a seven day programme about cross cultural learning, leadership reflections, personal coaching, defining strategy and implementation plans.
   Connecting the Dots not just aims at cross-cultural relationship building through interactions , but also intends to challenge the international and local leaders to work on real-life challenges and translate sustainability into practice.
• The leaders from europe would connect and work with local leaders from Grameena Koota, the local partner for the program. Grameena Koota is a micro finance organisation helping many poor individuals in rural villages and urban poor to transform their lives and realise their dreams through micro finance services and other developmental services (www.gfspl.in).
  Connecting the Dots is a means to experience and making a real-life CSR contribution through the practice of cross-cultural leadership.
