WWF - Madagascar

• In December 2009, Better Future, India together with Better Future, Netherlands facilitated a top-team experience for the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in Madagascar. Goal was to develop personal leadership of local management, creating an organizational culture of support and appreciation, and to make the organization as a whole more effective in reaching is mission of conserving the unique nature in Madagascar.The training was facilitated comprising of international facilitators - Michel and Lynn Zebeda from Better Future - the Netherlands, Bodo Rasendrasoa from WWF and Jaikumar - Better Future, India.
  
• During the program, the groups met every evening with the Better Future coaches to reflect on team and personal learning objectives. This was the time of complete openness, trust and self-analysis.
  Quoting one of the participant; : ‘The Better Future training gave me the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of myself and showed me the importance of people around me, not only for work, but also for me, for my equilibrium and happiness.
