  Better Future designs and facilitates ‘win-win’ team experiences: making a difference in society and creating strong teams at the same time. Experiences range from one-week programs in Africa or India, to short ‘deep dives’ in local communities, close to home.
  
  In each program a corporate team works together with a local team of social entrepreneurs on projects in society. Before the experience, intakes take place to define personal and collective learning goals. In the program, deep and profound learning takes place. Afterwards, a rigorous follow-through process is
