KPK - The "Graduation"

• The conclusive phase of our entrepreneurship development program - Kadam pe Kadam took place on 21st and 22nd March 2011 at Vishthar.
  The program is the result of GSRD Foundation's vision to contribute to Millennium Development Goal by giving ambitious people the opportunity to develop their potential and pursue their business dreams. The first two phases of the program sought to instil personal growth and business skills, while in the third phase, the entrepreneurs were connected to business mentors. The entrepreneurs also received coaching by experts during the different phases of the program.  
•  The sessions on the first day of the conclusive phase, invited the participants to enumerate their learnings and achievements through the program. The parameters for measurement of learning were personal growth, business growth, skill development, new connections established and social impact created by entrepreneurs.
  
  There was a new energy among the entrepreneurs when the next day the representatives from the GSRD foundation came to be a part of this great event in the life of these entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs had put up stalls which explained their business and the learnings from the program. 
   
• The bonding between the participants and the foundation members was overpowering the barriers of language and culture. It is beyond doubt that the entrepreneurs have impressed, and more over, inspired.
  
  
  The entrepreneurs received their certificates of participation from the guests.However, this did not mark the end, but the beginning of many more chapters in this program. GSRD has insisted on a long term relation with these entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurs have listed the next important steps in their entrepreneurial journey. Better Future India is looking forward to bold, determined decisions and actions from both groups, that would create a positive impact on several lives.
