PEOPLE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

• From August 6, 2011,Better Future India will facilitate an inhouse - PEOPLE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM for Grameen koota to build managerial capacity, managing and developing teams,performance management and giving and receiving feedback, participants becoming aware of their behavior ( EQ) and connecting the learnings to their daily work.Using internal capacity to maximum (the internal trainers of Grameen Koota) the program intends to train 2000 staff members of Grameen koota in the next one year. www.gfspl.in/Grameen_Koota.html
