PROGRAM UPDATE

• Connecting the dots leadership program connected and inspired leaders from Europe – Switzerland,the Netherlands and Spain working with the leaders from Grameen koota, micro finance organization based in Bengaluru serving 450000 clients in 3 states.
  
  During the week, the leaders worked on personal leadership – connect before you lead theme and were challenged to work on their personal learning goals in the personal coaching sessions. Secondly the  cross cultural experiences created space to share their perspectives and expertise for mutual learning and challenging each other. Most importantly the groups worked real and relevant organizational projects of Grameen Koota.
• The projects focused were – Product Diversification, Employee engagement and Customer engagement to think together and find solutions through co-creation.Towards the end of the program every participant was invited to explore their mantra for life!
