GSRD Academy

• Starting  June 2010, Better Future India has been training 15 participants from the base of the pyramid on Entrepreneurship development.  GSRD foundation aims to create opportunities to young, talented and ambitious Indian entrepreneurs access to personal growth, entrepreneurial skills, exposure and connections, credit and coaching.

  The program is delivered with the team of local facilitators in South India aiming to stimulate social entrepreneurship and also to address and contribute to the challenges in society.

• The first phase was designed to help entrepreneurs to develop insight about their strengths, build confidence, leadership skills, and work on communication, listening skills and team building.

  Based on the need of the social entrepreneurs, phase II of the program which intended to develop skills to be an entrepreneur such as marketing, finance, business diversification has been completed by experts from the respective field. All the participants have been coached on a regular basis by the facilitators to help them in their personal learning goal and apply their learning’s.
